4a. Amazon Selling Partner API & Amazon Advertising API
When a client authorizes Revive Agency to manage their Amazon seller account, we access data through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and the Amazon Advertising API. The data we retrieve is limited to what is necessary to provide listing optimization, advertising management, inventory monitoring, review analysis, and performance reporting services.
Data we collect from Amazon

- Inventory — FBA stock levels, sell-through velocity, reorder lead times, restock recommendations.
- Product listings — ASINs, titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, backend keywords, images.
- Advertising data — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns; keywords; bids; impressions; clicks; spend; ACOS/TACOS; search-term reports.
- Customer reviews — review text, star rating, ASIN, and review date for sentiment analysis and reply drafting.

Storage and security
Amazon data is stored in our managed Postgres database (Supabase, AWS us-east-1 region) with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is restricted to authorized Revive Agency personnel via row-level security policies. OAuth refresh tokens are stored in Supabase Vault (encrypted secrets), never in application code or client-side storage. Database backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.
Retention and deletion
Amazon data is retained for the duration of the client engagement plus 24 months for historical reporting. Upon written request to info@reviveagency.io or upon revocation of authorization in Seller Central, all Amazon-derived data is deleted from our systems within 30 days. OAuth token revocation is processed within 24 hours of the request.
No sale, no resale, no AI model training
Amazon data is never sold, transferred to third parties for their own use, or used to train artificial intelligence models. AI processing (including by Anthropic) operates under zero-data-retention agreements with no model training on customer data.
Compliance
Our handling of Amazon data complies with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy, the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP), the Amazon Marketplace Developer Agreement, and applicable laws including GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California). Our Data Protection Policy document is available to Amazon and to authorized clients on request.
